Fleet Week 2012

On October 7th I had the opportunity to attend Fleet Week with the Blue Angels in San Francisco.  Instead of standing among the crowds on land, my dad brought his boat right to the center point and we had front row seats to the show.  We were all amazed by the incredible aerial tricks, even my father who has been flying for 39 years.  I'm so glad we made it out and I can't wait to go again next year.

Wiig for the Wiin

The thing I love most in this world is Saturday Night Live.  I am completely obsessed with its characters and sketches throughout all 37 seasons.  It would be impossible for me to choose the best sketches of all time because I will always think of more that I love.  When I think about my favorite characters, though, a pattern emerges: almost all of them are performed by Kristen Wiig.  She is one of the most talented women on television today, rivaled only by the brilliant Tina Fey.

Of all her performances, below are my top ten favorite characters played by Kristen Wiig on Saturday Night Live (mostly because they are my favorite to imitate).
